Another part of my personality is enjoying organising the little details at events.  I had the joy of organising a friends baby shower.
I got to work on the favours first, using the gorgeous little wood crate framelit die. I some powder pink card stock with flowers from the matching wood words stamp set and filled it with treats including a mini jam, mini biscuits and a paper tea bag that I filled with an actual teabag. Popped some cellophane around and finish with a bow.

The rhyme on the tag I made up myself! It reads: "Here is a treat for being so sweet.  To have with your cuppa tea, while we wait in expectancy" The tag punch came in handy to finish these off.
I adapted a tutorial to make a shallow box so that it could be filled with prayers for the new family and wishes for baby.  I used matching DSP (designer series paper) to go with the favours.
This last picture is a nappy baby! Some may find it sweet... some may find it creepy?  Thankfully the pregnant friend liked it! It is a baby grow filled with nappies to give the impression of a sleeping baby. Well I thought it was sweet...
