Oh So Eclectic Valentine's Set

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

How cool is it that with products to hand we can make co-ordinating papercrafts!  So ideal for parties, weddings and home decor pieces.

Red, white and blue have to be up there with my all time favourite colour combinations.  Although they look great together, because they are such bold primary colours, it did take me a while to figure this card out!  

Then I was on the hunt for a cute 'easy' box.  I came across the Paper Pixie's tutorial for this sweet faceted box using the punch boards.  I held this as a class which meant everyone could be working on something different.  They were surprised as I was how you can achieve this faceted look to the box.

I adapted mine slightly to fit to UK sizes. Video links below

So the card my husband got was this... I try and keep it fairly simple but with the message I want to get across.  (I also made a couple of simple cards for my boys, which I will share on another post)
