New Home, New Year

Well.... so we moved house after  14 years and after spending a few months doing it up, but we LOVE our new home and have settled in well.  Here are the simple Thank You cards I made for those that helped us. Using the new stitched framelit dies, Totally Trees stamp set and the Ghoulish Grunge set was perfect for the brickwork on the house.

Christmas Day was spent with the family in our new home and felt cosy to get everyone around the table and enjoying the tasty food.  We had our usual church service in the morning, it's always great to be reminded of the true meaning of Christmas.

I used some Candy Lane Christmas paper (wrapped around toilet roll- shhh!) to create quick and simple name place which doubled up as napkin rings for the table

Even the children managed to make their own poster which was perfect displayed on the kitchen wall. Disclaimer: A lot of cellotape was used in the making of this poster!

So my proposed resolutions for the new year:
1) Send more Birthday cards- If you would like me to send you one please leave a comment below
2) Make more of the same card or use same materials to make more than one at a time
3) Keep my blog updated once a month

lets see how I do..
