I think spots and stripes are timeless aren't they? I think if in doubt there is always spots and stipes, they make a great basis to add to.
Stampin up do this amazing thick vellum, so not think like tracing paper, it is great for layering, stamping on and punching or die cutting.
I have also been playing with the Paper Bag Punch Board, I keep making little bags!! Trying my hand at different designs and shapes, you can use patterned designer series paper, or use plain paper or card to stamp and decorate yourself.
That's not all... with the off cuts that come from the paper bag punch board, I took inspiration from you tube and made hinges for a door on this 49th birthday card.
